Co-FounderNicholas Sabbato is the Co-Founder of Foxhound Solutions, bringing over 18 years of combined military and private security experience to the helm of the company. A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Nicholas served honorably for eight years, where he developed a foundation of leadership, discipline, and operational excellence.
Following his military service, Nicholas transitioned into the private security sector, where for the past decade he has been entrusted with the protection of high-value national assets across the globe. His career has taken him to some of the world’s most complex and high-risk environments, where he has led teams, conducted threat assessments, and implemented comprehensive security operations.
Nicholas has personally developed and executed numerous security plans with precision, adaptability, and unwavering confidence. His commitment to excellence and mission-focused leadership is the driving force behind Foxhound Solutions’ success in delivering superior security consulting. Under his leadership, the company upholds a standard that goes beyond compliance—providing security solutions built on trust, experience, and tactical precision.
Gianmarco Montalva
Co-FounderGianmarco Montalva is the Co-Founder of Foxhound Solutions, where he ensures every security consultation is delivered with professionalism, precision, and attention to detail. With over 12 years of combined experience in the military, private security, and law enforcement, he brings a practical, real-world perspective to identifying risk and strengthening security.
His career began with seven years of service in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed leadership skills and the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments. Following his military service, he worked internationally in private security supporting complex and dynamic environments. He currently serves in law enforcement, further strengthening his expertise in risk assessment, situational awareness, and operational decision-making.
Today, Gianmarco focuses on security consulting and risk assessment, helping clients identify vulnerabilities and implement clear, actionable improvements. His approach is grounded in real-world experience, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering practical solutions that enhance safety and preparedness.
